You own the decisions you make using our work. We provide analysis and perspective to help you decide more clearly, not guarantees or outcomes.

Your information stays confidential and is used only for your engagement.

Engagements are time-bounded, low-risk, and designed so nothing breaks if the work ends.

What This Means

Frantz Studio helps you think clearly about decisions that matter.

We review information, surface risks, and document why a decision makes sense at the time it is made. We do not run your systems, execute work, or make decisions on your behalf.

If a decision goes wrong later, you should be able to point to the work and say: “This is what we knew. This is what we considered. This is why we chose this.”

You remain responsible for the outcome. Our role is to help you make that responsibility clearer, more deliberate, and easier to defend.

What This Means (Attune)

Attune helps you explore decisions, not make them for you. You keep responsibility for what you act on.

Your inputs are used only to run your simulation. Nothing is shared, reused, or trained on without permission.

Results are informational, not guarantees. If you need someone to take responsibility for a decision, that is separate advisory work.

Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging with Frantz Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Nature of Services

Frantz Studio provides independent advisory and decision-support services.

Services may include:

  • Review and assessment of information, data, or AI-generated outputs
  • Decision framing and analysis
  • Scenario exploration and market research simulations
  • Written recommendations and supporting documentation

Frantz Studio does not:

  • Execute or implement systems
  • Operate client infrastructure
  • Provide ongoing managed services
  • Act as an agent, contractor, or employee of the client

All services are advisory only and are delivered as fixed-scope or time-bounded engagements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement
  • Making final decisions based on the advisory materials provided
  • Ensuring that recommendations are reviewed in the context of their own legal, regulatory, and operational requirements
  • Making payments according to agreed terms

Decision Responsibility

Frantz Studio provides analysis and judgment support. Final responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes remains with the client.

Deliverables are intended to support informed decision-making, not to replace it.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • All deliverables created specifically for the client belong to the client

Frantz Studio retains the right to:

  • Reuse general methods, frameworks, and analytical approaches
  • Reference anonymized or aggregated learnings, provided no confidential or identifying information is disclosed

Confidentiality

Frantz Studio treats client materials and discussions as confidential.

Client information is not shared with third parties or competitors, except where required by law or explicitly authorized in writing.

Limitations and No Guarantees

Frantz Studio does not guarantee business outcomes, financial results, or performance improvements.

Advisory work involves uncertainty by nature. The value provided is clarity and defensibility, not certainty.

Frantz Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of advisory materials.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms agreed for that engagement.

Because services are advisory and time-bounded, termination does not affect client systems or operations.

Modifications

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frantz Studio operates.
